The unit of a deliberation is a reasoning stance — an Analyst, a Skeptic, a Humanist — never a character or a persona. Which model voices a stance stays backstage; the stance is what matters.

Alongside a modular roster, stances can be generated adaptively for a given signal. Deliberations are produced on a weekly cadence, each one recorded.
