The archive is the longitudinal record of every deliberation — the tracked tensions, recurring themes, and contradictions that accumulate over time. A year of tracked deliberation cannot be faked retroactively; this is the project’s defensible asset.

Its periodic output is the Quarterly Synthesis — a stepping-back across the record.

The archive grows as deliberations are published; it begins small by design.
